NEW CUSTOMERS and UPGRADE PURCHASERS receive 20 minutes of free phone support over the first 90 days after registration.

After the 20 minutes are used up or 90 days have passed since registering, calls to the Customer Support line (1-888-320-7555 or 818-906-8930) will be charged at $2.50 per minute, payable via credit card. The billing clock starts only when you begin speaking with a support person and the first minute is free.

Please have your Customer Number and credit card information available at the time of your call. Our phone system will ask you to input that information via your touch-tone keypad.

Authorization / Activation help:

For authorizations/activations, the Technical Support phone numbers listed above have a menu option for users who cannot authorize/activate via the internet. You'll need to have your Customer Number and Challenge Code on your screen and be ready to key them into your touch-tone phone. Please refer to the Getting Started manual or our online Knowledge Base for instructions on authorization/activation.

If you have somehow lost an authorization/activation or you need further assistance with authorizing/activating, you can reach a live person at the number listed below and you will not be charged, although toll fees may apply.

If you need help with authorization/activation and it’s outside of business hours, call the Technical Support lines listed above.  If the only issue discussed is authorization/activation, the support representative will make sure that your call is refunded.

NOTE: We no longer offer phone, chat or e-mail support for Final Draft 5.x and lower. You may be able to find information you need in this knowledge base or in the manual.
