Final Draft offers 24/7/365 telephone technical support to registered users.

New customers and upgrade purchasers receive 20 minutes of FREE phone support for the first 90 days after registration. After the 20 minutes are used up or 90 days have passed since registering, calls to the technical support line will be charged at $2.50 per minute, payable via credit card. The billing clock starts only when you begin speaking with a support person and the first minute is free.

Please have your Customer Number and (if necessary) your credit card information available when you call. You will be asked to input that information via your touch-tone keypad.
