The Coverage
The ScriptXpert coverage service simulates the real-life entertainment industry submission process. You will receive a detailed, authentic report, just like the coverage producers receive from their readers PLUS our industry readers offer suggestions on how to improve your script before you put it on the market. The ScriptXpert service offers seven types of services: Basic Coverage, Extended Coverage, Treatment Coverage, Formatting Check, Grammar Check, Logline, Prepared Synopsis and Live Phone Consultation.
How the ScriptXpert service works
We simulate real-life industry procedures and feedback in addition to providing suggestions on how to improve your script. The coverage you receive is the same coverage agents or producers would request from their own readers. In addition to coverage, our readers give you professional feedback on what would make your script more appealing to agents and producers. Turnaround time is two to three weeks. Prices are designed to allow you to use the service as often as needed. If your script receives a recommend from one of our readers, your logline and contact information are e-mailed to a list of interested agents and producers (with your permission).
Our Readers
Our readers are hand-picked industry experts who have provided the same coverage to agents, producers, networks and studios looking for new material to purchase. We look for readers who are currently working in the industry with a minimum of three years experience providing coverage for a major studio, network or agency. Our readers are also adept at providing constructive analysis to help you improve your script.
